We have experience and competence within product-, process and technology development for food production. We have a range of process and co-packing equipment as well as a lab, we also offer consultancy on concept- and product development.

Our core business is to offer businesses support in their product development process as well as in testing new products. We bring together different experts for effective support and work with total concepts as well as with separate parts of the product development journey.


Product development

Developing new food and beverages is a process that requires different types of knowledge.

Technology development

Hos We have many years experience within food technology and processing. We don’t only work with the product itself but also with production technology. In our pilot plant we offer testing of new processes and technology. We might f.ex. test new components, flow measuring, valves and pumps.


Contract manufacturing

We offer different types of contract manufacturing – amongst other things juice pressing and co-packing in bottles and bag-in-box, fermententation of f.ex. cider and öl. We also offer refridgerated and frozen warehousing in.


In our lab we can perform different product- and raw material analysis: Sugars, acids, polyphenols, alcohol, as well as microbiological analysis. We have a large lab that is open to both businesses and students and are open to develop new methods for measure and analyze.
